Christian Leadership Education for Africa Revival

Who we are:

The C.L.E.A.R (Christian Leadership Education for Africa Revival) Conference is a ministry of the LEMA Institute, USA aimed at providing short-term opportunity for an intense and extensive training and exchange of ideas, skills and knowledge for pastors and theologians, professors, and Scholars; students, and ministry leaders. Originally started in Nigeria as Leadership Education conference in 2015, this annual conference was renamed CLEAR Conference in 2020, with the first CLEAR Conference held at the LEMA Theological Seminary, Nigeria in January 2021. The CLEAR Conference is held alternately between Nigeria and Uganda until it progresses into an annual event in both regions of Africa.

Mission:

The CLEAR Conference exists to be a place of exchange of knowledge, skills and ideas for the advancement of Christian leadership and scholarship, sound relevant biblical preaching and teaching, gospel evangelism, ministry praxis and Christ centered economic development.

Through the CLEAR Conference, we want to ensure that every pastor or ministry leader in Africa will have the opportunity to learn from other experienced pastors, theologians, and scholars from around the world. It accomplishes this goal through its annual gatherings and publication of papers and workshop materials presented during the gatherings.

Our vision is to see that 5000 pastors and ministry leaders are trained by 2030.
