Online Courses in African Contexts
Online courses at LEMA are specialized courses designed to meet the needs of students in African institutions or Seminary students interested in missions in Africa. Different cohorts are created for each of these courses to ensure that students maximize the benefits of the courses within their own residential contexts. For example, students in US institutions can be in one cohort, distinct from students from an African institution. However, integrated seminars provide opportunities for cross- exchange of ideas and experiences among different cohorts. The facilitators of these courses are individuals with the expertise as well as broad African and international experiences essential for contextualizing the courses to Africa in a manner that will promote growth of wisdom and knowledge for the diverse cohorts. Certificate & Diploma Programs
Diploma and Certificate programs are designed for pastors and ministry leaders in Africa who do not have previous ministry training. Degree Programs
LEMA degree programs are designed to raise indigenous leaders and teachers who are qualified to train others, plant new churches and lead others to Christ. This undergraduate and graduate degree programs are offered at the LEMA Theological Seminary in Mbaitoli, Nigeria, with a Study center in Uganda.
