Otim was born in 1990. He went to primary and secondary School. He is trained in knitting, piggery and poultry and has been studying at LEMA since 2024 for his certificate. He has chosen LEMA to gain practical ministry skills as a leader, to grow as a Christian spiritually, to be taught the word of God, and to develop good character biblically. Currently he is working at his church as a youth leader. After he graduations he hopes to begin a Bible study at his church.
